This site was originally created on 20th March 2008, it first started as a blog on [blogger], however to provide better platform of information and navigation, the fanclub later land ourself on currently where we are, [Webs]. It has achieve great stats through the period of times, considering the fact that it a no-profit fansite.

Originally, this site wasn't as easily done due to the limited resources, however slowly we manage to get resources mainly from others fanclub webmaster and others great pioneer of contribution, today, we are still trying to expand our collection. As the ultimate purpose of this fansite is to be a library of Cynthia that collect all her news, media.

In July 2008, Cynthia contact us and claim to have came across the FC for more than 1 month and have been admiring it secretly, with Cynthia contribution and information given to the webs, we manage to updates many things easily and clarify certain things with her.

In the first half of 2009, the fanclub was not being updated as frequently as it is in 2008, due to the fact that the webmaster was busy with personal commitment, however to repay the fact of that, we decided to come back for a revamp. The revamp takes place from May 2009 - October 2009. Hoping that it would continue to serve the web better than before and promote Cynthia out of everyone of different races and world.

Today, you can also find us not only on webs, but Facebook, Youtube as well.

We originally named ourself on blogger, Cynthia-Koh-Rocks and hence that name was use to promote the fansite in networking site like Forum.

During the period of time from April 2008 - July 2008, Cynthia-Koh.Webs.Com was the identity we has, the name came from the idea of the new URL on Webs (the current one).

Later in July 2008, we hence adopted the identity of 'Sincerely Cynthia' as our 2nd identification beside Cynthia-Koh.Webs.Com.

Due to slang of 'Cynthia' and 'Sincerely', we also thought the combination match together sound nicer and many FC have used a adjective to name their fanclub/fansite.

The definition of 'Sincerely' is a good form of greeting used in letter/e-mail and a good quality to describe one. [Dictionary Description of Sincerely]

The revamp in October 2009 marks a new returns and also a new terms for the webs, 'Sincerely Cynthia' will now be known as 'The-Sincerely-Cynthia', as this will describe not only one person (fans) but everybody as one big family supporting Cynthia.

The new fanclub name willl be Cynthia-Koh.Webs.Com feat.The-Sincerely-Cynthia.

The webs founded since Mar 20 and move to webs in Apr 1, after 3 months of editing/publishing/updates to the webs. We have decided to let Cynthia know about the exist of the webs, so as to let Cynthia know that there are people supporting her.

The main purpose also to have make it a official web for Cynthia that gather all news, media, updates and various resources.

Hence, we email Cynthia manager Ivy Low, few days later we randomly receive a email through a Contact Form claiming to be Cynthia.

As it quite suspicious of it, so we doubt it may be Cynthia, but the next few days, the sender constanly providing exclusive images and messages for the webs.

We then believe it Cynthia, Cynthia then told us brieftly in e-mail that she have known the existence of the webs since June 2008 and have been quietly admiring and observing.

We hope that you would continue supporting Cynthia and the webs, we would also provide all latest scoops & news of Cynthia in the shortest time. We are sure that Cynthia will repay our efforts by constanly acting well in every role she gotten. :)

Welcome to this all new fanclub of Cynthia with all sorts of information you can find about her, however as mention above, due to the limited resources, what you see here is not all we have, it definately a few times more of it.

Hence, we would like you to contribute as much as you can to the site, stuff that is not found on the web. Be it pictures, screenshots, magazines scans, information, videos & all things Cynthia, only with your contribution coming in. This site can be a place where Cynthia lover's could come in to have a good time exploring.

After spending a long time deciding, we have decided not to watermark any of the informations on the website, so as not to spoilt the quality of the information and also for better viewing, hence we would appreciate if proper credit(s) is given if any information is being re-use. All things found on the web are done by us otherwise stated.

Lastly, this site is still raw, as times goes by, this site will be a place full of everything Cynthia, be it pictures, videos, as well as Cynthia's portfolio.

We notice that many of your have asked us question about "is this the only videos of Cynthia you have?", the answer to it is "No", as this site is currently focusing on pictures, magazines scans, news and screencaps. We have overlooked on the video page, we apologise for that, do give us alittle more time for that. We promise the page will be updated as much as possible with all videos of Cynthia.

To date, the site have not only achieve a distinct number of viewers everyday, to add on to that, we also have viewers from country namely Malaysia, China, Taiwan & Japan. We thanks everyone for taking your precious times looking at this site. We are happy that this site is doing well, afterall we doesn't have our own FC based appearing in events with T-Shirts & Board, we doesn't have Cynthia linking this web on her blog.

To end of this message, we would like to say, this is not the final appearance of the website, neither it is the final updates, there more for us to present to you and more improvements to be made. Hence stay tune and join us in this Cynthia lover's family.
