Ans: I am in good working relationship with everyone. I feel that every actor have their strong points. Which one will be Ah Jie? Hard to tell... and not nice for me to comment. But as long as they are hardworking, everyone will stand a chance.

2. Ask her...how she feels about the cast of XNR and the role that she plays in it. Ask By Heiots
The cast of XNR have been really fun to work with, I personally applaud the crew for all the hard work and effort they put in. Its team work, actors are the frontline but we must never forget the working crew behind this show. I guess i am very lucky to have picked up this role, she doesn't have much scenes but she has got presence. I did my research on other movies before deciding what i should do to make her look more powerful.

3. How come that bah kwa company 'Bee Chengxiang' never ask you endorse bah kwa? Ask by chatterb0x
Hmm... I wonder too you know. In fact I know the boss but he never ask me to endorse . Oh well....

4. Hey Cynthia, how has you liked your role as Xiujuan in Little Nyonya? Ask by ombiez
I did my research based on some movies and actors, especially maggie cheung and joan chen. I wanted to learn how they carry themselves in this type of era. Like i mentioned, she doesnt have much scenes, but she has got presence. So all my scenes are important. I cannot afford mistakes.
 
5. When Xiujuan returned after the war, did she get involved wif Jincheng because she still loved him or she purely wanted revenge? And her revenge was directed at her sis Xiufeng only or also towards the cowardly Jincheng?
I would also like u to convey on my behalf to Cynthia that I think she has really blossomed these years into a fine actress. I especially like her candour, which can be seen in TLN and the gourmet show with Chen Liping. Plus she's really pretty too. Does she have a blog? Hope to have these questions clarified. Thanks.

Thank you so much for your compliments. To be honest, Xiujuan's background was an open book for me. Nothing was written, so I had to make up the story myself. I would say she loved Jin Cheng alot, that was why when she divorced her husband in London, she came running back. In fact I think she is penniless too, therefore she came back to the Huangs. 

6. Hi Cynthia, You done a good job in acting as Xiujuan.. Actually i dun find is a very bad role. She did change and regret her actions in the end. Anyway do you enjoy acting a bad role or perfer a good role?? Ask by autowil
I enjoy acting, it has become a part of me. Don't think I can find another hobby to replace this. So I guess I am very blessed to do something that I love.Is Xiujuan bad or not... well you be her judge. In real life everyone thinks they are right, even when they are doing something bad. .

7. Hi Cynthia, After watching your performance in Her Many Faces and love relationship with Kyo in the show. Would you considered a guy like him 18 year old in real life? Ask by merlinda
Ahahah... 18 years old, I don't think so. But i would say Kyo is very matured for his age, I had a great time working with him.We could discuss what to do for the scenes to make it look and feel better. Its was a great experience.
 
8. Hi Cynthia, After acting for 16 - 17 years, what is the most memorable roles to date? What is the most difficult and challenging things you ever done for a drama? Why? If times can go back, would you choose to join this industry? Arrrh also, you dress beautifully in Little Nyonya, just asking which is your favourite costumes? Thank you for the compliments. Memorable role to date?Hmm I think it should be Tou Fu street, it was my first attempt working on the 40s era. I remember reading alot of books and doing research,I have the whole collection of Zhang Yimou movies. Turn back time? No, i do not regret or will do anything different, acting grew on me.There are always challenges in life, its just how you think of the best possible solution to solve it...

9. Cynthia jie jie, hehex. You've been acting for many years already, we have since you acting from a poor bully victim to recently baddie role. How do you feel? In future, if you meet a role that require u to uglify yourself? Would you willing to do that? wat types of role would you hope to receive? Is it role that you've play before? or roles that u've nvr play before? also, i rmb u play the aunt of joanne peh and guo huiwen in Little Nyonya, if one day u are to play the role of their mother? Uglify myself... sure why not, I think it will be so fun to play. In fact I accept all roles,doesn't matter good or bad. The challenge is to make all my roles feel different.Play their mother? Ya why not, I have started playing mother roles in Shou Zhu... I dont see why I can't play their mummy. :).

10. KUDOS to Cynthia Koh for her excellent , excellent performance in My Little Nyonya. I always await her scene. Reap more awards like Huang Biren!

12. Hi Cynthia, you have been my all time favourite local actress since I was young. You have acted in many drama series, and some of them were really unforgetable. Thank you Nora, very thankful to receive such great support from you.I am alright with both roles, I will try to play all my roles differently.An actor's job is to mould the character that we play on screen.  .

1. Hi Cynthia, I like the show Makan Kakis Go Malaysia!! You Hosted well.. In the show, I like your chemistry between you and Liping. Will you venture more and try hosting in the near future? And which part of malaysia will you recommend us to try for best food? Knowing you act in Little Nonya make us Fans Happy as is a blockbluster and Happy to see you act in it.. One question, did you did any preparations your own in filming this show beside the training mediacorp provided? Which part of Perankan Culture you like? By autowil
Cynthia Replies: Thank you for enjoying Makan Kakis, I do hope we'll come back for a part 2 in the near future. I had alot of fun working with Li Ping as our last project together was Holland V. Basically the food in Malaysia is good if you like spicy food and assam. You could get the address of the food places that we'd visited via the mediacorp website. As for my role in Little Nonya, I did visit the Peranakan Museum before the show to have a better insight of the culture and traditions.
2) Now you has done drama and hosting, will you consider entering into movies in near future, being local production or overseas. Any plans, etc? By Musashi
Cynthia Replies: Movies?? Hmmm... i guess most of us would love to have the opportunity to star in a movie. I'm still waiting for that to knock upon my door. No plans for now.

Cynthia Replies: Well different roles will have different challenges. I don't really have a preference... I take whatever that comes and try my best at it.

Cynthia Replies: Acting has developed into my passion. I don't know what I'll do without it. Maybe a flight stewardess, would like to travel around the world

5) How was your experience shooting in Malaysia like and how do you find the Malaysian actor and actress? By Merlinda
Cynthia Replies: Filming in Malaysia was a refreshing change for me, the working hours are longer but I made alot of new friends. The Malaysian artisites are really hard working so I do hope that you'll support Made in Malaysia dramas.

Cynthia Replies: Its good to have new faces on TV isn't it. The 7 girls are all different and I am sure they will do well in the entertainment business.
